What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll help build and showcase the individual voices behind VIP Response—supporting team members (both remote and in-office) in crafting personal brand content, and creating fresh, authentic material for our company socials. You’ll work closely with marketing and team leads to find and tell stories that bring our culture and people to life online.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to shape and share their individual online presence (especially on LinkedIn)
• Create engaging content (short videos, graphics, photos, posts) that spotlights our people, projects, and culture
• Support the planning and scheduling of our social media calendar
• Brainstorm and develop creative formats to showcase remote and in-office life at VIP
• Assist in copywriting for posts, bios, and internal branding docs
• Stay up to date on social trends, especially in employer branding and personal branding
• Help track performance and suggest improvements for content based on engagement

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is currently enrolled in a university or HBO program in the Netherlands (marketing, communications, creative media, etc.)
• Has a passion for social media, personal branding, and digital storytelling
• Enjoys working with people and can communicate with team members across different departments
• Is familiar with LinkedIn and Instagram (bonus if you’ve created content on either!)
• Can use Canva or similar tools to make clean, on-brand visuals
• Is proactive, creative, and full of ideas
• Has strong English writing skills

We are expanding our network and seeking a talented and driven Experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our pay-per-call initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive pay-per-call campaigns
• Establish and nurture valuable client relationships
• Maintain and optimize existing client partnerships
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners
• Collaborate with the VIP affiliate sales team to achieve company goals
• Manage accounts payable processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the affiliate marketing space, specifically with pay-per-call campaigns
• Extensive portfolio of advertisers within the pay-per-call industry
• Strong experience in managing advertiser relationships
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing affiliate campaigns
• Solid understanding of online advertising and related technologies
• Creative, technical, and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a commercial team
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in outbound call center operations, preferably B2B
